These guidelines help keep every service safe, comfortable, and personalized to you.

Consultation & Consent

  • A consultation and consent form may be required before certain services.
  • Clients must disclose allergies, medications, skin conditions, recent procedures, and relevant health information.
  • Clients should disclose use of Retin-A, retinoids, Accutane, blood thinners, or other products or medications that may affect the skin.

Health & Contraindications

  • Services may be modified, postponed, or declined when there are signs of illness, irritation, infection, broken skin, sunburn, or another contraindication.
  • Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell or notice new skin sensitivity before your appointment.

Arrival & Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to shorten, reschedule, or cancel their appointment depending on availability.
  • Please arrive with clean skin when possible; pre-service preparation is included in your appointment.

Minors

  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Written consent may be required depending on the service.

Aftercare

  • Personalized aftercare guidance is provided after every service.
